All products are custom and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order. The Mart Stitch is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Turnaround times are listed on our website and begin once payment and all required personalization details are received. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
