All orders from The Mart Stitch are custom made and embroidered to order.

Please allow the stated turnaround time (about 2-3 weeks) for your order to be completed before it ships. Turnaround time begins once payment and all personalization details are received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

The Mart Stitch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
